Bought the three pack for the front of a white build after fighting with cable spaghetti in the last one. The clips are the whole product. Fans lock together, power and lighting pass through the join, and a single lead goes to the controller behind the tray. Airflow is good rather than class leading, but they hold a low speed without droning, and at low speed the machine is silent with the panel on!

First build with UNI Fans and the install time is the story. Three fans clipped into a bar, four screws into the radiator, one cable to the controller, done. The lighting is the best I have seen on a white fan. It is diffused all the way round the frame rather than glowing out of the hub, so a pale blue reads as pale blue instead of a row of dots. My only note is that the controller is bigger than I expected and finding a flat spot for it took longer than mounting the fans!

These went in when I rebuilt into a Lancool and the interlocking system is genuinely clever, but it does lock you in. Clipping three fans together and running one cable to the controller is the tidiest install I have done, and a year and a half later the white frames have not yellowed at all, which was my main worry. The lock in is the controller. It is Lian Li's own connector, so if you want to add a fourth fan later it has to be another UNI Fan, and the software has to be running for the lighting to do anything clever.
