Orders & delivery

Standard delivery runs two to four working days and is free for orders over £50 (£3.99 below that). Courier next-day delivery is £6.99 and reaches most of the UK when ordered before 15:00.

The dispatch email carries a tracking link, and the same link lives on the order page. A parcel walks through confirmed, packed, dispatched and delivered — with the courier reference attached from the moment it leaves us.

Before dispatch we can change the delivery address, the delivery option or the quantities — write to customer service with the order number. After dispatch the parcel travels as booked, and the returns window takes over from there.
