An order can be cancelled at any point before dispatch — from the order page or by writing to customer service. Once the courier has the parcel, the same request simply becomes a return.
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging, book a collection or drop the parcel at a pickup point, and the refund lands on the original payment method within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.
Steelstorm is a demonstration store: cancellations, collections and refunds are simulated end to end. The Terms carry the full wording.
