A3 colour for the price of a decent A4 machine was the pitch, and it holds up. We print exhibition panels and worksheets on the big paper and the registration is spot on, with no colour fringe along the borders, which our last machine could never manage. It is a big lump, mind. Two of us shuffled it onto the stand and it wants more depth than the spec drawing suggests once the trays are pulled out. The panel is the same one Sharp fits to machines costing twice as much, and the scan-to-folder setup took ten minutes with our network chap on the phone. First page from cold is slow, everything after it is anything but!

We print the church magazine on it, 60 copies of 16 sides, folded and stapled by hand afterwards. It does the whole run without pausing to think about it, and the toner has seen off three issues so far
