The LINK system is the reason to pick this over the plain 6500X. Fans daisy chain into each other and one lead goes back to the hub, so behind the tray there is almost nothing to route. Downside is that it locks you into Corsair fans at Corsair prices for ever, and the hub needs its own SATA power and a USB header.

Dual chamber without the dual chamber price, and the divider has a cutout in the right place for an AIO tube. Ten fans in the box makes the sticker look reasonable once you price the alternative!

Building in it took an afternoon rather than a weekend, mostly because there are no fan cables to plan for. The side intake fans came pre-mounted on the bracket, which saved a fiddly job

Vented divider fixed the hot PSU chamber

Second build in a Corsair dual chamber and this one solved the thing that annoyed me about the first: the divider is now vented, so the PSU chamber gets its own air instead of cooking quietly. Over a year of daily use and the RGB has not lost a zone, the fans have not clicked, and the hub has survived a dozen Windows updates. Cleaning is a two minute job because both filters pull straight out of the front edge!

Everything I would warn a friend about before they buy this particular case. The iCUE LINK hub is not optional. Without it the fans do not run at all, so it must be powered and connected before first boot, and it lives in the rear chamber where it takes up the space you wanted for the cables. The glass on the side and the front meet at a corner with a visible seam, which on a case this expensive looks like a compromise. And the biggest one: the drive mounting is two 2.5 inch trays on the back of the divider, both of which are directly behind the airflow path from the side fans. Fine for SSDs, but there is nowhere sensible for a 3.5 inch disk at all.
