No regrets at all despite the outlay. They move air quietly, the reverse blades solved a side mount that had bothered me for a year, and being wireless meant no extra cable through the tray. The LCD is a nice extra rather than the point!

The little LCD on the hub fan is far more useful than I expected. Mine shows CPU and water temperature at a glance, which means I stopped alt tabbing to check. The reverse blades are the other reason to buy: as a side intake they look correct through the glass rather than showing you the motor.

A set of four, and my feelings are mixed in a way I did not expect for something this expensive. The hardware is superb. The frames are solid, the blades are reversed so a side mounted row looks right through glass, the interlocking means one cable for the lot, and the LCD screen on the lead fan is genuinely readable from a metre away showing water temperature. The software is where it wobbles. Setting up the wireless link took three attempts before the dongle and the fans found each other, and the app has hung on me twice while changing a screen layout. Once configured it stays configured, so it is a first evening problem rather than a daily one, but at this money the setup should be smoother than it is. Seven weeks on I have not had to open the app again.

These have completely transformed the front of the build. My one grumble is that the LCD screen only sits on one fan in the pack, so the other three are plain by comparison.

Wireless control turned out to be the part I did not think I would care about. No controller cable to the board, no internal USB header used up, just power and the fans talk to the dongle. On a build where I had already run out of headers that turned out to matter a great deal. Airflow is strong, the LCD is sharp, and the reverse blades tidy up the side panel view.
