Bought as a shelf machine for the living room, on the basis that it had to look like it belonged there. It does. The wood top is real veneer with a proper grain, not a print, and next to the amplifier nobody reads it as a PC at all. My partner has stopped complaining about the corner of the room, which is the actual review. Building it is where you earn the look. The modular tray comes out, which helps, but the SFX supply, the riser and the drive cage all want the same air, and I laid the whole thing out on the floor twice before committing. Six weeks of evening use and the CPU holds mid seventies with a shallow fan curve. Worth the faff!

Still the nicest thing I have built into. It went with me to two house moves and the walnut has picked up nothing worse than a faint mark near the power button. Thermals are what they are, mine holds a low power CPU and a small card, and a year and a half on it just works!

No side window sounds like a loss until you realise the desk stays uncluttered by RGB. Mine has been running since the spring on a passive-ish curve and the only noise in the room is the fridge.

Five stars because I love it, but be warned that the drive cage and a full length card cannot both live in there. Something has to give, and it was my hard drives

The walnut top is the reason it sits on the desk rather than under it. Visitors always ask what it is. Cooling needed thought, a single 120 up top and nothing in the box, but four months in my 65W chip idles quietly!
