6000 CL30 held on the first attempt
The identical kit in black costs noticeably less
Performance has been beyond reproach, EXPO enabled and nothing else touched, no errors in Karhu at 2000 percent. The silver version I bought costs noticeably more than the black one for no functional difference, which felt like a tax on wanting a white build. Worth knowing before you pick a colour. Two months on and the colour is still the only regret.

Third kit I have tried in this Z690 and the first to train at 6000 without an argument!

Absolutely stable at rated speed, and still looks new
Docking a star purely for value. It has been perfect, 6000 CL30 on EXPO with not one failed post or error in any test I have run, and the aluminium has not marked or discoloured at all. But the gap between this and a kit that performs within a couple of percent for a lot less money is hard to justify to anyone who asks.

Training took twenty seconds and it has been instant since
Needs a tall cooler check and a deep wallet
Fitted to an Asus X670E Hero with a 9950X for a machine that does Blender and gaming in equal measure. 64GB means the render and the game can coexist. EXPO profile one, 6000 CL30, and it came up on the first attempt with about twenty seconds of training. Nothing since, boots are instant! A fortnight of heavy use and not one wobble.

Tuned to 6400 CL30 and it has been stable there ever since
The price is difficult to defend
Bought the 6000 CL30 kit knowing it was A-die and hoping there was more in it, and there was. It runs 6400 CL30 with 1.4V and has passed a full y-cruncher VST run and twelve hours of TestMem5 at that setting. At stock it needed nothing at all, EXPO one, first post, done. What you cannot argue away is what it costs, this is roughly double what an equivalent capacity kit from a lesser brand would be, and most of that is the binning and the light bar.

Very tall, so an air cooler needs checking carefully
The Trident Z5 spreader is 44mm tall and that number matters more than anything else in the listing. Mine fouled the front fan of an NH-D15 and the fan had to come up far enough that the top of the case was in play. Measure before you order! Everything else has been excellent. Hynix A-die underneath, which is why it took a manual tRFC of 560 and CL30 at 6000 without a murmur, and a full night of TestMem5 on the extreme config found nothing. Sixty four gigabytes on a Z790 with a 14900K, running four sticks would have meant 5600 at best, so the 2x32 kit was the right shape. The light bar is the best implemented I have seen, an even wash with no hot spots and no dark ends. Two years in and it still looks and runs as it did new.

Dual rank 2x32 that still manages 6000 CL30
Getting dual rank 32GB modules to run 6000 with tight timings is not a given, and this kit does it out of the box on an X670E with nothing more than EXPO enabled. Training took roughly forty seconds the first time and about six seconds on every boot after. Bandwidth in AIDA is 89 GB/s read, which is well ahead of the single rank kit it replaced at the same speed. Six months in with no retrain and no errors.

Looks and performance both first rate
No complaints about the memory. EXPO on a Z790 Hero, 6000 CL30, posted first time, no training loop, and a long OCCT run found nothing at all! One star off for something nobody mentions in reviews, which is that the light bar sits at the very top of a very tall module, and in a case with a top mounted radiator you cannot see it. Mine is completely hidden behind the fan shroud. If the lighting is part of why you are paying this much, check the sightline in your own case before you commit, because from the front all you see is a strip of aluminium.

Best looking memory on the market, and the 6000 profile has never once slipped

The light bar is genuinely beautiful
Tall enough to force a cooler decision
Sixty four gigabytes at 6000 CL30 with no tinkering, and it looks better than anything else in the case
