Weight is what sold it over a laptop: held one-handed on the sofa it is a tablet, clipped to the folio at a desk it is a laptop, and I stopped carrying both. Battery gets me London to Edinburgh with a film at the end, though the fan does spin up when the spreadsheets get serious!

It runs the same accounts software as the desktop machine, which is why it beat an iPad, because that package is never going to be an app. Opening it on a train works exactly as it does at the office. A terabyte on top that I will never fill
