Wired the whole house off one box: eight runs from the loft down to sockets in four rooms, and there was still enough left on the drum for a run to the shed. Solid copper, so it punches down properly into the keystones instead of squirming about. Every port came up at 1000 on the switch, and a year on nothing has needed revisiting!

Three stars because the pull box itself is a nuisance. The cable snags on the flap halfway down and you end up hauling loops out onto the floor rather than feeding it smoothly. Cable is fine; the packaging is the weak part

Used it to trunk four cameras and two access points around a small office. Runs are between 15 and 40 metres and all of them hold PoE without the switch complaining. Cheaper per metre than anything on the trade counter!
