Room inside for everything I might add later
What convinced me over a smaller machine was the space inside. There is a full sized shroud, two empty drive cages, four fan mounts still free on the top, and enough clearance behind the tray that adding cables later will not mean unpicking the existing ones. The card has a support bracket fitted from the factory rather than left to sag. On the gaming side there is nothing to say beyond the obvious. It runs the lot at 4K without a wobble, though I have yet to find anything that really tests it, and the fans have never gone above a background hush.
Used for: More than a year
Has outlasted two graphics card generations already
The dust filters want doing monthly
Still running everything at the settings it shipped with, and I have not felt the pull to upgrade a single component. A year and a bit on, the only maintenance has been filters and a can of air. That is what buying at the top actually buys you.

Absurd amount of headroom for the games I play
Overkill for what I do and I knew that going in, which is rather the point of buying at this end. Nothing I own asks more than a fraction of it, so the fans stay at their floor speed all evening and the room stays quiet. Four stars only because the front panel connector for the audio jack was left unplugged, which took a panel off to sort
Used for: 6–12 months
Does the lot, looks the part, never once complained!
Used for: 6–12 months
Bought to replace a machine that could no longer manage the sim I spend most of my evenings in, and on that one measure it has been a complete success. Scenery loads as fast as I can fly into it and the stutter that used to hit on approach has gone entirely. What keeps it off five stars is the case. It looks the part but the front intake is restricted enough that the card runs a good 8 degrees warmer than the same card did in my old box. Ten months in, still fine, just warmer than it needs to be.

Not a whisper out of it under load
The power button is easy to knock
Sat next to me all evening at full tilt and I could not tell you it was on
Used for: 6–12 months
Boots and loads faster than anything I have sat at
The lighting cannot be turned fully off without software
The 2TB drive is quick enough that the loading screens in most things are a formality, and the whole machine is awake and usable within about twelve seconds of the button. Coming off a spinning disk that is genuinely startling. Only niggle is that the lights come back on after every update unless the utility is running. Minor, but it happens every single time!
Used for: More than a year
Has quietly done its job for well over a year
Wish the front panel had a card reader
It replaced a machine I had been nursing along with a new part every few months, and the relief of simply not thinking about the computer has been worth more than any benchmark. It turns on, it does what I ask, it turns off. Two years on, the only thing I have added is a drive, and even that was because I ran out of space for captures rather than anything the machine did wrong. The fans have never been cleaned properly and it still runs cool, which says something about the airflow!
