- Kingston FURY KF560C36BBE2AK2-64 is a kit of two 2G x 64-bit (32GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) 1Rx8, memory module, based on eight 2G x 8-bit FBGA components per module. Each module kit supports AMD® EXPO v1.1. Total kit capacity is 32GB. Each module has been tested to run at DDR5-6000 at a low latency timing of 36-44-44 at 1.35V. The SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR5-4800 timing of 40-39-39 at 1.1V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers.

Replaced a 2x16 kit in a 7800X3D machine and the frame time consistency in Warzone improved more than the average frame rate did, which is the bit that actually matters. Dual rank at 6000 CL30 with EXPO, no manual timings, and AIDA latency came in at 61ns. Lighting is fine, just never quite as bright as the fans it sits next to. Three months on and the frame times are still where they were.

Memory itself has been perfect at 6000 throughout. The lighting has not aged as well, the module in the second slot is visibly dimmer than its twin now, and no amount of software fiddling brings it back into line. A year and a half in, and that dimming is the only thing that has changed.

Docked a star only for the price, which is a lot for memory when a slower 64GB kit is much less. Performance wise there is nothing to fault, the spreaders never get more than warm and the profile has held through every BIOS update so far.

Cooler clearance was the reason I chose Beast over a Trident kit, and it was the right call, the Scythe Fuma 3 sits over the first slot and still clears the spreader. Six thousand with EXPO on a B650 Steel Legend, twenty passes of MemTest86 with no errors, and it has not skipped a beat since!

My B650M had refused to run two earlier kits above 5200 and this one came up at 6000 CL36 straight away, which was worth the extra money on its own. Two 32GB modules rather than four smaller ones is almost certainly why. Karhu ran to 5000 percent coverage clean. The black anodised finish looks good but shows every touch, so fit them by holding the ends.

Honest warning before anyone buys this for gaming alone, no game will touch 64GB and 32 would have done. I bought it because I run Docker and a couple of VMs alongside, and for that it has been transformative, the host never slows down when the containers spin up. Trained at 6000 in about thirty seconds on a Z790, XMP one, and OCCT found nothing overnight. Ten weeks of that and no complaints.

This kit has been through two CPUs and a board swap and has never once failed to train, which after the DDR4 kit before it feels like a small miracle! It started life on a B650 with a 7600X, moved to an X670E with a 7900X, and both boards took the EXPO profile on the first post at 6000 CL36. Sixty four gigabytes has meant I can leave a Windows VM running permanently for work and still play something demanding without noticing. The software is the weak spot. FURY CTRL is fine for setting a colour and terrible at everything else, and it argues with the board's own lighting control. Set what you want, uninstall it, and the sticks remember. That aside this has been faultless memory.
