Set up from the phone in about ten minutes flat, both nodes named and placed, and it has not needed a thought since. Wired backhaul if you have the sockets, wireless if you do not, and honestly I cannot tell which room is on which!

The stone wall between the extension and the old house used to be where the wi-fi died. Eight months in, the second node has made that argument disappear, and the guest network keeps the smart plugs well away from my own devices.

Two nodes cover a 1930s semi with the thick chimney breast that killed every mesh we tried before. The upstairs node sits on the landing and the loft office finally gets a usable signal instead of one bar and a spinning wheel. A year on, handover as I walk down the stairs is seamless: the call does not drop, it just carries on

Replaced the box the ISP supplied, which had been managing about a third of the ground floor. Now the far end of the kitchen streams without buffering and the doorbell camera stopped dropping off. Four months in, the one thing that irritates is that the node lights cannot be dimmed on a schedule, only turned off entirely, and the living room one is bright enough to notice with the telly on.
