Bought after the third argument about who gets the charger in this house. Four ports, one socket, everybody quiet. The laptop takes the top port at full speed, the two phones take the middle pair and the watch gets whatever is left, and nothing has to be unplugged in the night to make room. It goes noticeably warm underneath when all four are drawing, though never uncomfortable to pick up. Six weeks in and it has not tripped anything.
Used for: Less than a month
One plug behind the bedside table now runs a laptop, two phones and a watch. GaN means it is barely bigger than the 20W brick it replaced, which still slightly amazes me!

Genuinely puts 100W into a laptop on its own
Power splits sharply the moment you add a second device
It will push the full 100W into a laptop when nothing else is attached, and that is what I bought it for. Add a phone to the second port and the laptop drops to 65W, which is enough to hold charge but not to fill it while you work. Not hidden, it is printed on the box, but people do get caught out. Two years in and that behaviour has not changed at all.
Used for: 3–6 months
One charger replaced four in the travel bag
Travel kit used to be a laptop brick, a phone plug, a spare phone plug for the other half and a little one for the watch. All four have been replaced by this and there is finally room in the bag for something useful. UK plug, fixed pins, and it runs warm rather than hot even with everything on it at once. On a hotel bedside socket the four ports mean nobody has to negotiate. Barely bigger than the old 65W laptop brick was on its own, which is the whole GaN trick!
Used for: More than a year
Two years of nightly use and no sign of tiring
The body is fat and hogs two sockets on an extension
Electrically I have no complaint whatsoever. Two years plugged in every night charging a laptop and two phones, and it has never got hotter than warm or thrown a device off. The problem is its shape. It is a fat square block, and on a four-way extension it covers the socket next door, so a strip that should take four plugs takes three! On a wall socket beside a bed it blocks the switch too.
Used for: 6–12 months
Pins are fixed, so it is awkward in a packed bag
Replaced three separate plugs on one extension lead with this single brick
