Came without an operating system, which suited me perfectly since I had a licence sitting idle and no interest in a desktop full of trial software. Twenty minutes with a USB stick and it was mine, clean, with nothing running that I did not put there. The 4TB drive swallowed the entire library in one go and there is still half of it free.
