Still in daily use long after I expected to have replaced it, and it now holds the machine that replaced the one I bought it for. The body has held up remarkably. No thinning at the corners, no fraying at the seams, and it still looks grey rather than grubby. Two years of that and the only part showing wear is the front pocket zip, which has started to catch about halfway along. The main zip is perfect, which makes me think it is simply a cheaper part on a bag that otherwise punches well above the price.

Ordered on a whim to stop a work laptop knocking about in a bag with a set of keys, and it has solved that entirely. The fabric is thick enough to stop scratches and the whole thing adds almost nothing to the thickness of the rucksack. It is not armour and it is not pretending to be. If you want drop protection, buy something with moulded corners, but for keeping a lid clean this is fine.

Slid my 14 inch machine in and it fits like it was measured for it, no rattle, no forcing. There is a flat pocket on the front for a charger. Do not expect to carry it by itself though.

The grey felt looks far more expensive than it was, and it does not look out of place carried into a meeting under one arm. One pocket is all you get, so the mouse ends up loose in the bag.

Goes everywhere with me, either on its own for a short trip or inside a bigger bag for a long one. Ten months of that and it still looks presentable, which for a light grey fabric is more than I expected. The size is spot on for a 14 inch machine!

Bought to protect a 14 inch laptop inside a rucksack rather than as a bag on its own, and for that it is nearly ideal. The fit is the best part. It is cut for a 14 inch machine and there is no slack at all, so the laptop does not slide about when the bag moves. The fabric is a dense grey felt that has stayed clean with the occasional brush, and the front pocket takes a compact charger and a short cable without making the whole thing bulge. Five months in, the thing I would change is the padding at the corners. The flat faces are well protected but the corners are barely thicker than the fabric, and a corner is exactly what hits the floor. I have started putting it in the middle of the bag rather than at the edge, which rather proves the point.
