Nothing exciting about 5200 CL40 but it is stable, cheap enough and the machine boots in the same few seconds it always did. Went into a Dell tower that would not take anything faster anyway!

Perfectly good memory that does what it says, and the price against a 6000 kit made the decision easy at the time. What I did not properly think about is how much a fast CPU wants faster memory. On a 7600X the difference between this and a 6000 kit is real in the games that care, and I can see it in the one percent lows in Star Citizen. Sat next to that, 5200 feels like a false economy. As a plain black no nonsense kit though it is faultless. Took the profile on the first post, no training loop, and it sits well clear of a big air cooler. Twelve days in, and that is the honest summary.
