Went into a church with clear windows down both sides and the 11 o'clock service to cover, which is about the hardest job we could hand a projector. It manages. Nobody has asked for the blinds to be drawn since it went in, and the words on a hymn slide are legible from the back pews with sunlight streaming in. The install was a day. It is a heavy unit on a proper bracket, and the run from the desk at the back needed an extender rather than a long HDMI lead, which is worth knowing before the cables are ordered. Four months of Sunday use and midweek meetings, and it has asked for nothing at all.
Used for: More than a year
Two of these run stacked in a large auditorium, and three years on the alignment is still exactly where the installers left it. Nothing has needed touching but the filters, and those are a five minute job.

Very quiet for a unit this bright
It is a heavy thing to get onto a bracket
Nine months in, and the only complaint is the weight of it, which needed three of us and a hired lift
Used for: Less than a month
Colour brightness that does not fall away with the lights on
Bought for a hall with a glass frontage where every previous projector looked washed out by lunchtime. This one holds up: blinds open, bright day outside, and a slide with a white background at 200 inches still reads as white rather than grey!
Used for: Less than a month
Sharp enough that the 4K enhancement earns its keep
Setup menus assume an installer rather than an owner
Text on a spreadsheet is legible from the back of a long room, which the old unit could never manage
Used for: 6–12 months
Bright and even right across the screen
The 4K enhancement is not native resolution and it shows
Two stars because the specification led me to expect rather more: fine detail shimmers on a test pattern in a way that gives the pixel shifting away, and small text keeps a softness no focus adjustment will remove.
Used for: More than a year
Lens shift range makes an awkward room possible
Filters still need doing, unlike the laser rivals
Ours sits well off to one side of the hall, because that is the only place the beam could go, and the shift dealt with it without a hint of keystone.
